Clear cell renal sarcoma is a rare tumor and comprises 4% of primary pediatric malignant renal tumors. It is known as an aggressive tumor with poor prognosis. Clinically and radiographically, it resembles Wilms tumor. We present a case of a child with an abdominal mass that was diagnosed as clear cell sarcoma of her right kidney.Downloads
