We report a case of a solid pseudopapillary epithelial neoplasm of the pancreas in a 19-year-old female who presented with abdominal pain. Computed tomography of the abdomen showed a heterogenous density mass in the tail of the pancreas. The mass had fluid density in the central region and soft tissue density in the peripheral region. Post-contrast evaluation showed enhancement in the peripheral solid component. Based on the radiological investigation carried out at our institute, a diagnosis of solid pseudopapillary epithelial neoplasm of the pancreas was established which was confirmed on histopathology.Downloads
