Cardiac bronchogenic cysts are rare lesions with very thin walls. We present a case of a 49-year-old man with intermittent chest pain and distress who was found to have a bronchogenic cyst in the right ventricle with complex tissue changes. The clinical manifestations, image findings, and differential diagnoses of bronchogenic cysts are discussed.Downloads
