Click 61-year-old female patient presented with recurrent fullness in her right upper abdominal quadrant following laparoscopic deroofing of a large liver cyst. Contrast enhanced CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis obtained at presentation, following administration of intravenous and oral contrast: 1. Large right liver cyst. 2. Multiple small liver cysts. 3. Retro-aortic left renal vein. 4. Small retroperitoneal lymph nodes, uncertain etiology.

Contrast enhanced CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis (axial images) obtained following administration of intravenous and oral contrast, six months after completion of alcohol sclerosis: 1. Significant decrease in the size of the treated liver cyst, with residual cavity measuring 6 cm. 2. Scarring and anatomical distortion of the surrounding right lobe liver parenchyma. 3. Multiple small liver cysts in the remainder liver parenchyma.

Multiple small liver cysts in the remainder liver parenchyma.
