Click 52-year-old woman presenting with recurrent retroperitoneal leiomyosarcoma and multi-organ metastasis in unusual locations. Ultrasound images show multiple hypoechoic liver lesions, a rounded 1.5 cm hypoechoic lesion in the head of pancreas, and a large recurrent retroperitoneal mass. Color Doppler image shows no significant vascularity in the retroperitoneal mass. (Static images obtained by Transabdominal ultrasound, HD 11 XE Phillips, convex C5-2 probe)

Click 52-year-old woman presenting with recurrent retroperitoneal leiomyosarcoma and multi-organ metastasis in unusual locations. Axial contrast enhanced CT of abdomen and pelvis, soft tissue window images show multiple pulmonary metastases, hepatic metastases, a peritoneal deposit near splenic flexure, a large recurrent mass in the left perirenal location, a pancreatic head metastasis, subcutaneous deposits in left paraumbilical region and left gluteal region, and a metastasis in the left gluteus maximus muscle.
