Click 48 year-old female with bilateral renal cell carcinoma, sarcoidosis and diverticulitis. Axial images of a contrast-enhanced CT of the abdomen and pelvis demonstrate endophytic, enhancing renal masses without evidence of extracapsular extension or renal vein involvement in the lower pole of the right kidney and the left interpolar kidney. (CT, mA 380, kV 120, slice thickness 5 mm, 150 ml Isovue-300 as IV contrast and 900 ml of barium suspension as oral contrast).

Axial contrast-enhanced CT of the chest using lung windows demonstrates bilateral pulmonary nodules suspicious for metastatic disease. Click 48 year-old female with bilateral renal cell carcinoma, sarcoidosis and diverticulitis. Axial contrast-enhanced CT of the abdomen and pelvis obtained 1 year after the second partial nephrectomy demonstrates post-operative changes in both kidneys with no evidence of recurrence and decreased retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy. (CT, mA 290, kV 120, slice thickness 5 mm, 140 ml of Isovue-300 as IV contrast and 900 ml of barium suspension as oral contrast).
