Click 32 year old male with testicular epidermoid cyst. Scrotal ultrasound [GE Linear high frequency (14MHz) transducer] in gray scale and color Doppler, axial and longitudinal views. Right testicular well defined avascular heterogeneous lesion with varied sonographic patterns of an epidermoid cyst. Different areas of the lesion demonstrate an echogenic rim, alternating hypoechoic and hyperechoic rings or hypoechoic clefts. The left testis is normal.

Click 32 year old male with testicular epidermoid cyst. Chest CT. 3 mm axial sections in lung windows, Toshiba 64 slice scanner, 400 mAs, 120 KVp, 100 ml Oxilan intravenous contrast material. A medially located 5 mm non calcified nodule in the medial segment of the right lower lobe likely a post inflammatory nodule not clinically significant in this case. Elsewhere there are no lesions in the chest.
