Click 32 y/o male with craniofacial polyostotic fibrous dysplasia. Contiguous 2.5mm axial CT imaging was obtained through the facial bones. Bone window utilized for this study. There is complete opacification of the right maxillary sinus, extending into the right aspect of the maxilla inferiorly, the orbital roof and into the right aspect of the frontal bone in the region of the forehead. There is also involvement of the skull base and narrowing of the optic canal is present on the right side which is approximately 3.25 mm in diameter. Disruption of the inferior orbit is noted.
