Axial T1 weighted images (TR = 825, TE =9) using 0.3mmol/kg of gadodiamide (Omniscan, GE Healthcare) demonstrate a small (14x12mm) heterogeneous ring enhancing focus anterosuperior to the optic chiasm on the left side. Rest of the lesion shows no significant enhancement. However, subtle meningeal enhancement is seen in the left temporal region.

Axial diffusion weighted (DWI) images (TR = 3500, TE = 96.0, WITH B VALUES = 0, 500 AND 1000) and Apparent Diffusion Coefficient (ADC) images. The lesion appears hypointense to isointense on T1W images and shows no restriction on diffusion images.
