Click Mesenchymal cystic hamartoma in a 23-month-old male. Axial T1 weighted gradient echo in phase (TR 269/ TE 4.7) images demonstrates a single cyst with high signal intensity (also high signal on T2 sequences) located just to the left of the dominant cyst, highly suggestive of prior hemorrhage.

Click Mesenchymal cystic hamartoma in a 23-month-old male. Axial T2 weighted turbo spin echo (TR 5250/ TE 154) images with fat saturation demonstrates a large complex cystic lesion occupying the entire right lobe of the liver resulting in mass effect on the adjacent organs including displacement of the left lobe of the liver. The cystic areas are high signal intensity on T2 weighted sequences.

Click Mesenchymal cystic hamartoma in a 23-month-old male. Axial T1 weighted spin echo (TR 884/ TE 21) images with fat saturation post contrast demonstrates enhancement of internal septations and rim of soft tissue surrounding the cysts.
