Click Antenatal ultrasound of a 30 year old female with amniotic band syndrome.
Findings: Transvaginal sonogram in gray scale and color doppler mode of umbilical cord in different locations to depict its abnormalities of short length, with single umbilical artery and well entrapped by the amniotic bands around the left thigh of the fetus.
Technique: Antenatal sonogram performed with a transvaginal array transducer (4-8MHz) on a Philips HD7 ultrasound machine.

Findings: Antenatal sonogram taken in transverse and longitudinal planes of the fetus to depict the presence of fetal anomalies- exteriorisation of abdominal viscera and clubfoot deformity. Upper extremities are normal. No face or brain defects are present.
