Click 25-year-old woman with interstitial pregnancy (18 weeks).
Coronal T2 (SSFSE) weighted sequences of the abdomen and pelvis without contrast.
Significant findings:
Intraperitoneal free fluid which is hypointense in T2W images, likely hemoperitoneum.
Gestational sac eccentrically located in the right uterine fundus and surrounded by asymmetric thin myometrium.
Clear visualization of the decidua adjacent to the gestational sac.

Click 25-year-old woman with interstitial pregnancy (18 weeks).
Significant ultrasound findings:
Intraperitoneal anechoic free fluid.
Live fetus with heart beats demonstrated by M-Mode ultrasound.
Suspected defect in the right side of the uterine fundus.

Coronal T2 weighted sequences of the abdomen and pelvis without contrast.

Intraperitoneal hypoechoic structures. Some of them are seen adjacent to the placenta.
They show no vascularity on doppler and likely representing blood clots.
Live fetus with heart beats demonstrated by M-Mode ultrasound.
Suspected defect in the right side of the uterine fundus.

Sagittal T2 (FSE) weighted sequences of the abdomen and pelvis without contrast.
Significant findings:
Intraperitoneal free fluid which is hypointense in T2W images with hematocrit level seen in pelvis consistent with hemoperitoneum.
Defect in the right side of the uterine fundus.

Axial T2 (FSE) weighted sequences of the abdomen and pelvis without contrast.
Significant findings:
Intraperitoneal free fluid which is hypointense in T2W images with hematocrit level seen in pelvis consistent with hemoperitoneum.
Eccenterically located gestational sac in the right uterine fundus, surronded by asymmetric thin myometrium.
The decidua is seen adjacent to the gestational sac.
Defect in the right side of the uterine fundus.

Axial STIR sequences of the abdomen and pelvis without contrast.
Significant findings:
Intraperitoneal free fluid shows heterogeneous high signal with fluid/fluid level seen in pelvis.
Eccentrically located gestational sac in the right uterine fundus, surrounded by asymmetric thin myometrium.
Defect in the right side of the uterine fundus.
