Unenhanced axial images from a CT of the neck demonstrate a focal soft tissue density lesion in the right paravertebral pleural region with evidence of a discrete peripheral fat-density. Axial images from a contrast enhanced arterial phase CT scan of the chest demonstrate a focal fat density region within a soft tissue mass, which demonstrates heterogeneous enhancement and expands the T5/6 neural foramen.
