Click 49-year-old female with post-operative seroma causing spontaneous nipple discharge. CT corresponding to Figure 1A. Radiation therapy planning CT performed 1 year prior to onset of left nipple discharge demonstrates a small, post-lumpectomy seroma at the 3:00 axis of the left breast.
